I had the Chicken cobb salad wish was pretty good, I fought that it was over charged but it was good, their staff was very professional, the facility floors was greasy so watch your step, over all a nice experience

This is the busiest imo, Zaxby's in town! But they come through with shining results as always! Always fresh, hot and delicious! Even amidst lunchtime rush.

Wish my experience was as good as last time I came in but instead people are just standing around not doing shit but in a little huddle talking about bullshit waited for 5 minutes before we peeked over and had them come over to take our order. Manager was not in sight at all. Girl in drive through just looked at us like we were stupid. This place needs new employees and have that one woman I gave a review to in charge

Food is still good but you can that tell the employees who work the front of the house don't give a rats rear for the customers. They don't clean tables or replenish empty drink mixes, etc., until after most of the customers leave.

It's usually always something at this location!! I ate at the Scottsville road location today and had a great experience. My husband on the other hand just left the Bypass zaxbys and his sandwich isn't edible in his standards. He hates ranch and mayo. He asked for none to be on his Cajun club. He was excited to try it because he had never had a sandwich from Zaxby's. Now he is unable to eat it and has to get ready for work. I've called before to tell them they made a mistake and I have to drive 15 mins back with barely an apology. They always fill the sauce cups up a quarter of the way which is ridiculous. Send out cold fries or forget seasoning even when I ask for extra. A puddle of water has been at the bottom of multiple salads I have gotten. Not to mention the wait is ridiculous some times. I sat in the lobby 35 mins waiting for a to go order. I could go on and on. So this is just the final straw and I had to share this. No point in calling the manager will just say to bring it back but we don't have time to bring it back and wait again. I've worked at restaurants in the past and usually when mistakes are made something is done to make it right (coupons, gift cards, comp meals, a dessert, or at least a singer apology).
